One Partner for a Smooth, End‑to‑End Project

From your first conversation with us, you have a single, reliable partner guiding every step of your project. We begin with a detailed consultation and free on‑site survey, taking measurements, checking existing chimneys etc., and listening carefully to how you use the space. Whether it’s a new wood stove, a state of the art pellet stove or a feature wall with an electric fire, we'll create an offering that's suitable, we translate your ideas into clear designs or technical specifications that everyone can understand with a rendered image of what it looks like before you even decide.

What makes us different?

We listen to what you want and won't try and push an item on you because it's in stock. We rate every product by lifespan and ease of replacenent parts and not on the end price. We carry hundreds of spare parts for many popular brands so you can purchase with the piece of mind that you can replace parts down the line. We want long term relationships where we will be your go to trusted heating experts for many years to come.

What else do we do?

We supply & fit stone cladding from a fireplace chamber to a full wall. We can service your existing stove, changing seals, brick glass etc. We supply and fit steel stud walls to create a feature wall for electric, pellet or solid fuel stove.
